Billing details

The legacy policy says billing details should match the address associated with the payment method. It also asks customers to use a current daytime contact phone number, or provide another reachable number in the phone fields.

Military shipping address

• Enter the unit, building, base, camp, fort, or other provided logistics details on the first address line.
• The published instructions say to select “United States Military” as the country, because USPS delivers the package to a military mail processing location in the United States.
• The page describes APO/FPO shipments as USPS Priority Mail only. If that option is unavailable at checkout, contact 3 Star Inc. before completing the order.

Weight limits in the published instructions

The February 2024 policy states a 34 lb limit for the USPS Priority Mail option on that legacy site. It says orders above the limit may need to be split. Confirm current shipping availability and restrictions with 3 Star Inc. before ordering.
